NU mai cumparati produse Apple de la eMAG! Acest magazin nu este reseller autorizat si riscati sa aveti probleme cu garantia cum am patit-o eu cu un iphone 6 plus si un Mac PRO late 2013! Pe langa ca cei de la eMAG mint cum ca ar fi reselleri autorizati…in eventualitatea in care ai problemele cu produsele, eMAG trimite produsul la service-uri neautorizate care iti umbla dupa bunul plac in terminal. Emag vinde produse fara a specifica nici pe bonul fiscal, nici pe factura serial number-ul sau imei-ul telefonului (fara aceste date nu se poate dovedi veridicitatea achizitionarii produsului in cauza). Actele pe care ti le furnizeaza eMAG-ul in urma cumpararii unui produs sunt absolut inutile intr-un service autorizat (Romania) sau un apple store! Experienta relatata mai sus este traita in urma cu 2 saptamani. Am stat fara calculator si telefon aproape 2 saptamani jumtatate, dupa ce am fost la 2 service-uri autorizate din Romania. Pana la urma m-am vazut nevoit sa imi iau concediu de odihna neplatit, m-am urcat in avion si am fost in Germania intr-un apple store unde am reusit sa ma inteleg cu cei de acolo dupa 2 zile de interventii la managerul apple store-ului din Frankfurt!
