iOS 8.4 brings changes for audiobooks

iOS 8.4 audiobooks

iOS beta 8.4 1 is available since last night for us, and separate from the new Music app of iOS 8.4, company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it also changed the way we listened audiobook- available in its iBookStore, these being now found in the iBooks application and not in the Music application. In the image above you can see the audiobooks category available in the main My Books section of the iBooks application, there those from Cupertino list all the audiobooks available in the local library of our terminals for listening, but with a bonus that solves a bug dating back to iOS 7.

Until recently, iBooks users couldn't view book chapter titles and select the chapter they wanted to listen to, but iOS 8.4's Music app solves this problem, as you can see from the image above, with users now having full access to the mode listening. Of course, the Music application does not display the titles of the chapters, but only the names of the tracks, so users will not know exactly the name of that chapter until they hear it spoken when listening to the audiobook.

Finally, the Apple company has implemented a player that allows scrolling through a chapter exactly as we would do in a song.
