Apple Watch it has a diagnostic port most likely implemented by the Apple company to give its employees the opportunity to transfer data from or to the watch whenever they need it. This diagnostic port has not been removed from units delivered to the general public, and some inventive companies intend to use it to allow charging of the Apple Watch while in use daily life.

Basically, all you have to do is insert a needle into one of the slots around the cover that surrounds the diagnostic port of the Apple Watch and force it out, without pressing it in any way.
After removing the cover that hides the diagnostic port of the Apple Watch, you will see a 6-pin component to which you will only be able to connect a special cable created by the Apple company, which is not sold now. You won't be able to install Watch OS through this port, nor will you be able to perform other diagnostic actions, so accessing it won't help you at all right now.

However, when the Reserve Strap is released, users will need to gain access to the Apple Watch's diagnostic port in order to connect the strap and allow charging while using the watch.
