iPhone 6S 16 GB will never exist again that's what I heard last night from sources close to Apple, but the change is as logical as possible and expected for some time by many users. Many people expected that the iPhone 6 16 GB would not exist, but the Apple company kept this model on the market, but starting with the iPhone 6S it is going to make the transition to minimum versions with 32 GB of storage space for users.
More precisely, the iPhone 6S 32 GB is going to be the cheapest version of the iPhone 6S that Apple plans to sell in the fall, with 64 GB and 128 GB versions being sold together with it in stores. Now if you think that this doubling of storage space will also bring a price increase for the iPhone 6S terminals, well I tell you not to look at things so bleakly.
Last year the Apple company doubled the storage space of the medium models of iPhone terminals without increasing their selling price, and this year it will do the same for the cheapest models. Considering that most of Apple's competitors offer smartphones with at least 32 GB of storage space at prices close to those of the cheapest iPhones, the Americans will make the same change.
Practically, the iPhone 6S 32 GB is going to be the cheapest iPhone model, at a selling price of 650 dollars, without taxes, in the USA and 700 euros in Europe, the 64 GB and 128 GB models are going to be 100 euro and respectively 200 euro more expensive. Apple has not increased the price of its iPhones based on the components implemented by them and will not do so in 2015, although there is a possibility that currency exchange fluctuations will bring an increase in price.
Having said that, in 2015 we will finally have iPhone terminals with at least 32 GB of storage space and this is safer than the release of a pink version, at least for me.
Even if Apple will make this transition, the models now on sale will not be modified in any way, so here we are only talking about the terminals to be launched this year and in the future.
