In the Orange Services in Romania, approximately 1000 mobile phones are repaired daily, in a maximum of 60% of cases the repair is done in just one hour from the presentation to the service, if the problem is simple and can be solved on the spot by the representative.
85% of the mobile terminals brought to services for repairs are smartphones, the most complex repairs being made in Bucharest, 80 authorized people working in the Orange Service center in Strada Biharia, 26 of Bucharest.
The Orange company receives approximately 50 customers with service problems in this center every day, investing in it no less than 1 million euros over time to buy specialized equipment for repairing mobile phones or tablets.
