DarkCC is a theme created especially for control Center in iOS 8, it being intended for those who want to implement a substantial change for the way the interface of this system looks like offered by Apple for iDevices.
Considering that we are talking about a topic for control Center, DarkCC it does nothing but darken the Control Center interface accessible from our terminals, so you don't have to expect anything other than what I explained above for its functionality.
