Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), plans to create new Beats Radio stations for the service Apple Music, those from Cupertino submitting applications for the registration of brand patents for the names of the new digital radio stations.
We are talking about 4 more new radio stations separated by Beats 1 Radio, the American company having included in the contract negotiated with the major record companies the possibility of opening these new radio stations without negotiating the terms regarding the audio streaming costs.
Beats 1 Radio has proven to be an extremely popular station, with millions of monthly listeners following its launch in June by Apple, and this audience is most likely growing thanks to the increase in the number of Apple Music users.
