iPhone and iPad do not activate after installing iOS 9.3? Apple helps you!

Yesterday I told you that some iPad tablets could not be activated after installing iOS 9.3, and the problem affects so many people that the Apple company decided to create a special page on its website to offer advice for solving users' problems.

Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), speaks so about iPhone terminals, as well as about iPad tablets that cannot be activated after an iOS update, so yesterday's problem does not seem to be limited only to tablets, but also to smartphones used by users, probably older models.

In order to meet the needs of users, the Apple company has created a special page in which it describes multiple methods by which the problem of not being able to activate the iPhone or iPad after the iOS update could be solved without contacting its support team.

To begin with, the Apple company recommends users to log in with their Apple ID on the website iCloud.com, accessing the menu Settings and checking that our iDevice is listed in the section My Devices.

If the problem is not solved in this way, then Apple recommends connecting the iDevice to iTunes on the PC, logging in with an Apple ID if necessary, and waiting for the program to activate through its servers.

If this does not solve the problem, then Apple recommends returning to iCloud.com, accessing the application Find My iPhone, selecting the All Devices option, selecting your terminal and choosing the option Remove From Account.

If none of the above methods work, then the only solution is to perform one restore using iTunes for PC, but without a prior backup you will lose all data from your devices.
