The first 3D printer connected directly from the smartphone

3D technology is no longer a novelty for us, 3D printers are used more and more often and technology advances. Thus, the first 3D printer connected directly from the smartphone appeared, with the help of which we can print any object directly from the smartphone screen.

"OLO 3D" is the first printer of this kind invented so far and was designed by engineers from San Francisco. It is a more unusual printer, but also more useful, because it was invented to work only attached to smartphones.

OLO 3D allows users to create three-dimensional objects, using the light emitted by the smartphone screen. Users make their own design, using an application specially designed for this purpose.

The device produced by the angels uses a photopolymer resin that hardens very strongly when it is exposed to the white light produced by the phone. Thus, during this process, the object begins to take shape along the way while the light emitted by the image selected on the smartphone screen reacts with the resin. With the creation of each layer of hardened substance, another layer is then poured, and so on, until the product takes on the final appearance desired by the user.

In the video clip you can see how the printing is practically done.
