Why do you necessarily need a touch button, under the screen, for the phone to be resistant to dust and water?: Others have done it with a mechanical button and even with removable back covers. Basically, it's just a garnish.

George, 8 weeks it was still in vodafone Galaxy S4 service, I called Samsung, I sent it to them and they sent me back that Vodafone has to change the phone because it doesn't work anymore. I received the same phone, and after two hours fixed the previous problem.
And 3D Touch helps me every day and I use it for absolutely all possible shortcuts.
