Apple Pay allows withdrawing money from ATMs

Apple Pay is the mobile payment system created by the Apple company to offer the owners of certain own products the option to make easier payments when they go out in the city, the platform being offered in only a few countries on the planet, with partial support from local banks.

Apart from making mobile payments at compatible POS, Apple Pay now also allows withdrawing money from ATMs, with Bank of America being the first Apple partner bank to allow this, modifying some of its ATMs in the US to offer this facility .

Bank of America ATMs have an integrated NFC chip and an Apple Pay logo that indicates that users can use Apple's system to withdraw money, as they would normally do using a bank card, the idea itself being extremely interesting and in tune with the main reason why Apple Pay was thought of: forgetting bank cards.

Considering that Bank of America has to physically modify its ATMs to provide this type of support for its own customers, it will be a long time before more banks offer this facility, but it will be implemented on a large scale.
