Orange extends 4G coverage on the roads to Constanta and Brasov

Today, the Orange mobile operator announced the expansion of 4G coverage for its own network customers, so that they will be able to use the high-speed network for phone calls or internet browsing even when they are on the way to the sea or on the way to the mountains.

Orange claims that it offers 4G coverage for the first time on the roads to the sea and to the mountains, that is, we are talking about the improvement of 4G coverage on the A1 (Bucharest – Pitesti), A2 (Bucharest – Constanța) and A3 (Bucharest – Ploiești) highways, but also on the DN1 ( Bucharest – Brașov) and DN39 (Constanța – Vama Veche).

Apart from the improvement of 4G coverage on the roads that connect Bucharest to Constanta or Brasov, Orange has also improved the 4G coverage for the railway that connects the three cities, so you will enjoy the same experience no matter what you travel with.

Orange claims that at the moment its 4G network covers 72% of the country's population and 96% of the urban population, and the hundreds of thousands of people who will reach the sea or the mountains this summer will be able to enjoy an experience as maybe good in using its 4G network.

Thus, Orange customers who will travel on the A1 (Bucharest – Pitesti), A2 (Bucharest – Constanța) and A3 (Bucharest – Ploiești) highways, on DN1 (Bucharest – Brașov) and DN39 (Constanța - Vama Veche) enjoy internet at 4G speeds. Moreover, in order to be able to bring entertainment closer to those who choose to go on holiday by train, Orange is also extending 4G coverage on the routes connecting Bucharest with Constanța and Brașov.
