A few days ago Instagram announces that it will introduce automatic moderation of comments left by users.
The function "How to Moderate” – “moderation of comments” will censor the comments left by users, if they contain keywords or phrase constructions considered offensive by the owner of the respective page.
The function in question is only available for Instagram pages created by companies and has the role of helping the easier management of comments left by fans, giving them the possibility of automatically blocking people who use inappropriate language or aim to damage the brand image of a companies.
Find the "Comment Moderation" function in the options menu of the Instagram page, which can be activated with the On/Off button. At the moment, Instagram does not have a predefined list of offensive words, they must be defined manually by the page administrator. Once checked, the comment moderation function will automatically hide any message that contains one or more of the words added to the blacklist.
