Facebook will run Unity games

Facebook and Unity have entered into a partnership that will allow game developers to upload their titles within the social network to facilitate access to them for ordinary users, those from Facebook already having an extremely varied range of titles accessible to all the world.

Until August 31, developers will be able to sign up for a Unity beta program that will give them the opportunity to test a program that exports their games in a format that Facebook will accept, so some will have the first games available when everything becomes official.

Those from Facebook will integrate these games into an application called Facebook Game Arcade, it being offered in beta format since the beginning of this year, and users who either do not play, or who play simple games, will have the opportunity to test much more complex games thanks to this new partnership with Unity.

The Unity graphics engine is used in many games available around the world, it being extremely advanced and appreciated by developers and users alike, so facilitating access to these games in the Facebook network is a benefit that everyone will have WON

For now, it is not known when everything could become official, considering that after August 31 the first phase of the testing process will begin, but if everything is successful, then there is a chance that Facebook will compete with Steam in terms of selling games for computers, and from here we could see better prices for games.

Although Facebook is not seen as a platform where people can play complex games, this partnership with Unity could give people a completely different perspective on what they can do through the social network.
