To give you a little spoiler, I will tell you that you will be able to pre-order the iPhone 7 from Orange on September 16 at 0:00 and not because I have inside information, but because this happens every year. Every year those from Orange and Vodafone opened pre-orders for new iPhone models in the middle of the night and I don't think they will act any differently this year.
The iPhone 7 pre-order made at Orange will be delivered by the operator starting on September 23, this being the day when the iPhone 7 launch will take place in Romania. Apple announced this time yesterday, our country once again being part of the second wave of launches, but now much closer to the initial global launch.

If things will happen as in previous years, then you will be able to pre-order iPhone 7 at Orange only if you are a new customer, or if you extend a subscription. Those from Orange did not sell new iPhone terminals at standard price in the first phase, so if you hope to be able to buy it from them in this way, you might be disappointed.
