iPhone 8 has a curved screen and an integrated Home button

iPhone 8 will have a curved OLED screen, Home button and Touch ID integrated into the screen, but also a very high price demanded by Apple.

Even if we barely see the first ones iPhone 7 reviews, Apple employees are already talking about the future model, iPhone 8, and what it will bring to the whole world. According to the New York Times, who spoke with Apple employees, iPhone 8 it will have a curved screen and a Home button integrated into the screen, unlike the touch one now.

According to these employees, iPhone 8 will have the entire front panel occupied by the screen, so there will be no edges on the side, it being curved like that of Galaxy Note 7. Moreover, the upper/lower parts of the current front panel will be completely covered by the screen, and so we will have an integrated Home button, or most likely a virtual one.

The new Home button of the iPhone 7 will completely disappear from the iPhone 8, and Apple will integrate Touch ID into the screen, so the fingerprint reader will be placed directly under the screen and not separately. With this change, the Apple company will eliminate even more unnecessary space occupied by some components in the case and could make the iPhone 8 thinner than the iPhone 7.

iPhone 8 comes with a curved screen, Home button and Touch ID integrated into it

iPhone 8 will use a curved OLED screen, which is thinner than the LCDs used now, but which also consumes much less energy than them. Although this information is not new, we now know that this new model could be sold separately from those with 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch screens and will not have such changes.

"But taking the leap to the 7 may be a wise bet, even for late technology adopters. Apple is likely to continue making iPhones without headphone jacks, and next year's iPhone will have a full-screen face with the virtual button built directly into the screen, according to two people at the company who spoke on condition of anonymity because the product details are private. Apple declined to comment on next year's iPhones."

More precisely, Apple could launch this device as a premium model of the iPhone 8, whose curved screen will be 5.8 inches instead of 5.5 inches, thanks to the outer curves. If this will be true, then next year users will have even more headaches in choosing the right model for them, but that was to be expected from Apple, right?

If Apple will sell this model of the iPhone 8 as a premium one, then I expect that the cheapest model will cost at least 950-1000 euros, and in these conditions it will have a very small number of customers.
