The fifth "safe" Galaxy Note 7 caught fire

The fifth Galaxy Note 7 that caught fire was reported today in the US, with thick smoke from the owner's room waking him up from his sleep.

Tonight we have confirmation as a fifth Galaxy Note 7 "safe" caught fire in a man's house in the American state of Virginia, USA. Just like in one of the cases presented this morning, the terminal filled his room with smoke in the middle of the night and burned the bedside table he was on before it went out, the problem being a major one for Samsung.

The Galaxy Note 7 terminal that now caught fire had been replaced on September 23 by the man, including the receipts he received from the Sprint operator's store. The unit is one that should have a "safe" battery, but of course it has nothing but a battery that caught fire after two weeks of use.

Unlike another case this week, now the man did not have to go to the hospital to be treated for acute bronchitis, but he claims that he had a serious scare. It's very strange to wake up in a room full of smoke and with a terminal that burned its mark on the bedside table, so Samsung will have a lot to apologize for.

Going with the Galaxy Note 7 terminal to the store from which he received the replacement unit, the representatives offered to hand him over a new bomb, another terminal from the same series. Tired of what Samsung did to the Galaxy Note 7 series, the man chose a Galaxy S7 and I hope he will have more luck with that terminal model.

My Galaxy Note 7 replacement phone just burst into flames while on the night stand. I woke up in complete panic.

We have already told you that the mobile phone operator AT&T has stopped sales of the Galaxy Note 7 in the US because it cannot distribute smartphones that catch fire and can endanger people's lives. Samsung knew about these problems, apparently tried to cover them up, but ended up completely losing its credibility in front of the whole world.
