Apple increases component orders for MacBook Pro

Apple is increasing the orders of components for the new MacBook Pro, increasing the production of the new laptop.

When he said that the new MacBook Pro it sells very well, the Apple company was not kidding at all, and now the orders for electronic components for it are increasing. Apple's Asian partners have announced that they have received new orders for components dedicated to the new MacBook Pro, coming after Apple had placed an initial series of orders for components.

Apple seems to expect that MacBook Pro sales in Q4 2016 will be higher than those in the same period last year, so it has decided to increase the production of the new MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, there are no details regarding the number of units that Apple wants to manufacture, but it is clear that we are talking about a figure higher than last year.

According to Apple's Asian partners, initially the American company placed a small number of orders for components dedicated to the new MacBook Pro. The figure was increased only after it was noticed that the interest in the new product is high, apparently much higher than what the Apple company had initially estimated for its new laptop model.

Separately, Apple's partners claim that the launch of the MacBook Pro was delayed by three months due to problems with the manufacture of certain components. In this idea, Apple would have had a small initial stock of laptops, and now it is trying to catch up with the demand on the market, in order to be able to sell as much as possible until the end of 2016.

"Apple has been placing orders for new MacBook Pros recently and the strong shipments are expected to last until the end of 2016. The sources are seeing an increased shipment proportion of Apple's new MacBook Pro and they expect Apple and the related revenues and profits to all enjoy growth in 2017."

Analysts expect 2016 to total sales of 15 million MacBooks, much less than the 20 million units sold in 2015 by Apple.
