Today those from eMAG they organized a press conference in which they gave details about their plans for Black Friday 2016, the online store preparing many extremely interesting surprises for the day of November 18. Last year eMAG had sales of 202 million lei with 600.000 products bought by Romanian customers.
This year, the people from eMAG plan to sell, in this page, almost 800.000 products and generate sales of 250 million lei, a substantial increase. eMAG hopes to convince customers to buy 3 products each during this Black Friday 2016 campaign, and for this they will have 1 million products available with up to 80% discount.
The average discount for products during Black Friday 2016 at eMAG will be 35%, with the biggest discounts on personal care products. The rest of the products will have various discounts of up to 80%, so you will find televisions with up to 5000 LEI discount, or mobile phones with over 1000 LEI discount from eMAG.
eMAG Black Friday 2016 - which products will be discounted?
To show that they are very serious about Black Friday 2016, the people from eMAG have announced today the categories of products in which we will find discounts. We are talking about an extremely large number of products that will be sold by eMAG, but also about products that will be sold by 2000 of the eMAG Marketplace partners.
Here are the categories of products that will be available with a discount during eMAG Black Friday 2016:
- 40.000 televisions;
- 50.000 smartphones;
- 20.000 laptops;
- 17.000 refrigerators;
- 100.000 small appliances;
- 35.000 body care devices;
- 100.000 perfumes;
- 100.000 games and toys;
- 20.000 tires;
- 100.000 diapers;
- 8.000 apart from fitness;
- 1500 products for smart home.
In total, those from eMAG announce that during Black Friday they will have discounts worth 35 million euros, so more than half of what the store hopes to collect. The number of companies with which eMAG collaborates for this Black Friday campaign is very large, so you will find products from any category you are interested in.
6 months electricity discount and 36 installments without interest
As a novelty, the people from eMAG made a partnership with E.ON, electric energy, to offer a 6-month free electricity subscription. 1000 such subscriptions will be distributed through eMAG, but I will return with additional details in a separate article, considering that the procedure will be complex.
Moreover, those who have credit cards for purchases from Raiffeisen Bank will be able to benefit from the opportunity to buy products from eMAG with 36 interest-free installments. eMAG hopes to have 6.7 million visits on November 18, for Black Friday 2016, which is easy to achieve. eMAG will announce the products on Wednesday and Thursday star who will benefit from substantial discounts on November 18, and the eMAG discount catalog will be published on Thursday night.
