When the camera application of the iPhone 7 Plus does not display a black image, users see images with a purple or green tint, and the terminal displays an alert that it is too hot, although in reality it is not even hot. An explanation for these problems of the iPhone 7 Plus has not yet been offered, but the Apple company is perfectly aware of these problems.
The iPhone 7 Plus has had problems with the camera in the past, it being unable to focus on the objects that users were trying to capture in the images. Apple has implemented a new dual camera in the iPhone 7 Plus and it seems that in certain situations, it does not work as well as users would like and generates various problems that require a visit to an Apple service.

"I opened up the camera app only to be met with a black image preview, sometimes I can get an image however it's either tinted green or purple and was once accompanied by a screen stating 'Emergency iPhone needs to cool down' when the handset was 't even slightly warm."
iPhone 7 Plus is praised by photographers, or simple users, as having an excellent camera, but there are situations where it stops working. It is difficult to say if the problem is related to the component itself, or if it is a software one, but the Apple company replaces all iPhone 7 Plus terminals affected by it.
