Nokia is testing a large tablet

Apart from the smartphones it will launch this year, the Nokia company intends to launch a large-sized tablet as well. The information comes from a performance test made by Nokia for the new product, revealing that Nokia is currently testing a tablet with an 18.4-inch screen.

The 18.4-inch screen of the Nokia tablet would benefit from a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, that is, as large as that of some smartphones with 5.x-inch screens. A Snapdragon 835 chip will support this product, the 8 cores of the processor will be clocked at a frequency of up to 2.2 GHZ, 4 GB RAM will also be integrated.

Apart from the large screen and the new Snapdragon 835 chip, the Nokia tablet does not contain any other surprising components, not even when it comes to the front and main 12 megapixel cameras. For now, there is no image or details about the new tablet, so it remains to be seen what will appear in the future.

It seems that Nokia intends to attack the world of mobile terminals again with products designed to bring it to the attention of all potential customers. All the products seem to be based on the Android operating system, so it remains to be seen what kind of experience they will offer since Nokia does not fully control the development process.
