Analysts do not have high expectations from Apple's financial results in Q4 2016

Tomorrow the Apple company is going to announce the financial results for Q4 2016, but analysts do not have such high expectations from the American company. More precisely, they expect Apple to announce revenues 2.5 billion dollars higher than in the same period last year, an increase of approximately 3% compared to 2015.

Apple's receipts are higher even though the sales of iPhone terminals would increase by approximately 1 million units, and this increase being very small. Sales of iPad tablets, or Macs, would decrease in Q4 2016 compared to Q4 2015, but Apple could compensate with better revenues generated by its online services.

Although the receipts increased, the cost margin of the Apple company would decrease from 40.1% to 38.39%, the average selling price of the iPhone would also decrease from 691 dollars to 688 dollars. In this idea, Apple's profit would be only slightly higher compared to the same period last year, but at this point any increase is good after a year with many decreases.

Apple provided fairly moderate guidance information for Q4 2016, a sign that it does not expect big increases compared to last year, but still a new record. The period of the winter holidays is the one in which the Apple company records the highest sales and the highest profit, and Q4 2016 should not be an exception from this point of view.
