Vodafone was recently certified as having the best performing mobile network in Romania, with P3 Communications testing the operator's network in various areas of the country. We are talking about the third consecutive year in which the Vodafone people receive this certification from P3 Communications, and the results are impressive.
We are talking here about tests that include both the verification of GSM coverage in the country, as well as the quality of voice and mobile internet services offered by Vodafone. According to this certification, those from Vodafone offer better quality for calls and higher mobile internet speeds than Orange, Telekom and Digi Mobil.

According to the press release below, those from P3 Communications did the checks independently and the operators would not have known beforehand the areas for testing.
Those from Vodafone constantly promoted the investments they made in the network in Romania, and these certifications seem to confirm their results. Of course, everywhere there is room for discussions and dissatisfaction, but we are talking about the third certification of this kind received by the operator, so they will probably continue to come.

Bucharest, January 30, 2017 – The Vodafone Romania network was certified as the best performing mobile network in Romania for the third consecutive year, obtaining the highest total score for the quality and performance of its mobile data and voice services, following the testing of all mobile networks in Romania by the independent auditor P3 communications, during November - December 2016.

Compared to other mobile networks in Romania, the measurements carried out show that the Vodafone Romania network has obtained the certificate "Best in Test" in the "Mobile Benchmark Romania" campaign carried out by the independent auditor P3 communications between November 5 and December 12, 2016.
The comparative testing campaign of the networks was carried out throughout Romania, in several large and small cities, in rural localities and on the connecting roads between them. Among the localities independently selected by P3 communications are Aiud, Avrig, Babadag, Brașov, Brăila, Bucharest, Botoșani, Caransebeș, Cernavodă, Cluj-Napoca, Constanța, Craiova, Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Gura Humorului, Fetești, Hârlău, Iași , Lugoj, Ovidiu, Pitesti, Slatina, Tecuci, Timisoara, Târgu Frumos.
The test methodology is updated annually by P3 communications to reflect the increasing expectations of customers and the availability of the latest mobile technologies in the respective country, as well as to test mobile networks to their maximum capacity.
