macOS 10.12.4 Beta confirms the launch of a new MacBook Pro

macOS 10.12.4 Beta contains information that confirms that Apple intends to launch new MacBook Pro models this year. We are talking about an update of the MacBook Pro series that should bring, mainly, the new Intel Kaby Lake processors that Intel announced for release at the beginning of this year for the whole world.

Considering that in October Apple launched new MacBook Pro models, the discovery of new units tested in macOS 10.12.4 Beta can seriously affect sales. At the moment, in macOS 10.12.4 Beta three new motherboards have been discovered that do not correspond to any existing model of MacBook Pro, they still have the same processor for power management.

Although these new MacBook Pro models are now being tested with macOS 10.12.4 Beta, don't think that they will come with major improvements from Apple. From what has been learned so far, it seems that Apple only wants to change the processors used in its laptops, but not to implement other new technologies, as is expected.

The information discovered in macOS 10.12.4 Beta matches that provided by Intel for its new processors from the Kaby Lake series. Of course, although these processors are now available, it is difficult to say how long it will take until Apple updates the MacBook Pro series, but it is quite likely that the new products will only be launched in the fall.
