Here is who will launch the first computers with ARM processors

The first computers with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chips based on ARM processors will be launched this year and will run Windows 10 S, according to an announcement made today. Those from Qualcomm announced at Computex that ASUS, Lenovo and HP will be the companies that will launch the first 2 in 1 laptops that will work based on these processors for smartphones and tablets.

The new laptops manufactured by ASUS, Lenovo and HP will be very thin, will not have fans, but will offer the Windows 10 experience on smartphone processors. Of course, they will also have 4G LTE connectivity for internet browsing, separate from Wi-Fi, but they will offer a completely new experience for customers, with a much better autonomy.

As for applications for Windows 10, they should work without problems on ARM processors thanks to an emulation system integrated in Windows 10S. Microsoft has already demonstrated that the Snapdragon 835 can run Photoshop, and other similar complex applications should work at least as well on these new laptops.

The interesting part is that these laptops will have constant internet connectivity through SIM cards thanks to the Qualcomm X16 modem and the Snapdragon 835. Basically, these laptops will combine the experience of always being connected to the internet, from a smartphone, with that of using a computer in the true sense of the word.

In the video clip below you have a demonstration of how computers with Windows 10 S and ARM processors will work, the future seems to be extremely interesting.
