Sharp – smartphone with Screen that Covers the Case

Sharp will launch on June 17 two smartphones whose screens cover the entire front panel of the case, as no other terminal has done before. In contrast to the Xiaomi Mi Mix, this new smartphone from Sharp has no edge at the top or bottom, and the edges are also covered by the screen, which is not curved towards the outside of the case.

Sharp FS8016 and FS8010 are the names of the two smartphones, which will have an identical design, but different components, being dedicated to the mid-end market, not the high-end one. Both Sharp smartphones will have screens with a diagonal of 5.5 inches and a resolution of 2048 x 1080 pixels, but the processors are far from offering performances similar to those of a Samsung Galaxy S8For example.

Despite the performances that will certainly be inferior, Sharp will start a new revolution in a year 2017 that has already had its share of one for the smartphone segment. Those from Sharp push the limits of what is possible and launch smartphones that really have borderless screens in the front panel, and this is something that deserves praise from all points, for now.

It is not known how much these new Sharp smartphones will cost, but it is known that they will be launched on July 17, so then we will find out more information about them and probably many will be amazed. In case you forgot, Sharp has been one of the suppliers of screens for iPhone and iPad for many years, and if the Japanese managed to make a smartphone of this kind, we can hope that we will see an iPhone that looks like this.
