Despite this, the OnePlus 5 is the king of smartphones when it comes to performance, but also when it comes to battery life, according to a recently published test.
This test puts the OnePlus 5 at the top of the smartphones with an autonomy of 9 hours and 18 minutes for use thanks to the battery with a capacity of 3300 mAh. As you can see, the OnePlus 5 has an autonomy that exceeds that of the iPhone 13 Plus by 7 minutes, the difference between the terminals being small, but it exists and this matters the most because it must be reported.
The HTC U11 is the next smartphone that comes close to the OnePlus 5 in terms of autonomy, the difference compared to it being 15 minutes, so it is just as imperceptible in daily use. Moving on, the Samsung Galaxy S8 occupies the 4th place with a difference of almost an hour compared to the OnePlus 5, so in this situation users will definitely feel that the new Chinese smartphone works better.
OnePlus 5 – better autonomy than iPhone 7 Plus
Interestingly, the iPhone 7 has an autonomy one and a half hours less than that of the OnePlus 5, while the OnePlus 3T has an autonomy three and a half hours less. Here we see the most dramatic improvement, practically, because the OnePlus 3 will offer much more autonomy for users, something that probably no one expected, considering the previous performances.

In a world where the autonomy of a smartphone is extremely important, those from OnePlus demonstrate that they are able to do good things for the OnePlus 5. Although they copied the design of the iPhone 7 Plus and were criticized, here is the OnePlus 5 also copied the autonomy, but improved it very slightly to surpass Apple's smartphone a little and offer users a marginally better experience.
