iPhone 8 – Prototype Showing the Final Design

iPhone 8 appears today in the form of a prototype that shows us the final design that Apple has prepared for this fall.

iPhone 8 is presented today in the form of a prototype that is manufactured based on the theoretically final specifications for the design that the new smartphone will have. In the video clip below you can see the entire presentation of the iPhone 8, the terminal being compared with the iPhone 7 series models, but also with the Samsung Galaxy S8, as is normal for something so important.

The iPhone 8 will have a screen with a diagonal of 5.8 inches which is very well presented by this prototype made in a factory in China, but not of an Apple partner. This iPhone 8 best shows us how the final version of Apple's smartphone will look, including those edges that will surround the visible cutout in the upper part of the case, which is quite well hidden.

iPhone 8 will not have a physical Home button integrated by the Apple company, but it will have a virtual one, and from what we know so far, it will be permanently visible in almost any interface. The image printed and applied over the front panel of this iPhone 8 prototype shows us quite exactly how the iOS 11 interface will look on the future iPhone model, so you know what to expect.

iPhone 8 will also have an elongated Power button, in which the fingerprint reader for Touch ID will be hidden, and this prototype has done it very clearly. Separately, we can also see the vertical dual camera of the iPhone 8, including that integrated LED flash between the image sensors, everything being redone, apparently, based on final sketches taken from Apple's partners.

iPhone 8 is thought by Apple as an intermediate smartphone between iPhone 7S and iPhone 7S Plus in Apple's offer, so it is not made to replace them. iPhone 8 is going to be a new option for those who don't want iPhone 7 because it has too small a screen, but neither does iPhone 7 Plus because its total dimensions are too large, so iPhone 8 offers them an intermediate option.

The iPhone 8 will also have a screen of the same size as the one in Samsung Galaxy S8, the total dimensions of the two smartphones being also very similar. The iPhone 8 will practically fall behind the Samsung Galaxy S8 with this screen change, and of course this is not an ideal situation for Apple, but it must follow the trend in the smartphone world.

iPhone 8 has some components already in production, but not all specifications are finalized at the moment.
