iPhone 8 – two Major News Confirmed

iPhone 8 today has two major news confirmed by a source close to the Apple company, detailing part of the development process.

iPhone 8 was presented last week as still being in the development process within the Apple company and that there is a general panic among Apple employees. Everything would be based on the fact that until now no method has been found to complete the development of the wireless charging function of the iPhone 8, which would allow its launch together with iOS 11, probably around mid-September.

iPhone 8 was also presented as having some functions still in the development process within the Apple company, those from Cupertino not yet being decided what to offer in the end in the new smartphone. Well, a journalist close to Apple's management stated that the development of the iPhone 8 has definitely been completed, at least for the components, and now it is in the final stages of packaging them.

iPhone 8 has not yet completed the software, so the functions that will arrive, or not, in iOS 11 are still in the process of validation within Apple. In this idea, it is possible that wireless charging will not be launched together with the iPhone 8 during September, although the terminal may have the integrated components, iOS 11 may not know how to use them to allow charging.

iPhone 8 – two major news confirmed

The iPhone 8 could be launched in a situation similar to the one in which we saw the iPhone 7 Plus last year, that is, the wireless charging function should only be available starting with iOS 11.1. The situation is compared to the one in which the Portrait function was launched late by Apple, but wireless charging for the iPhone 8 is more important and expected by a much larger number of users.

iPhone 8 still has a confirmed major novelty, namely the dual 3D camera with laser and infrared sensors, which represents a major upgrade without what exists in the iPhone 7 Plus. It was rumored that the front camera of the iPhone 8 will be 3D and with a laser or infrared sensor, but for now it is not known for sure if both will have these features, or only one of them.

"That sort of matches up with what I heard — that inductive charging might miss the September debut because the software isn't ready. I have not heard anything about any sort of "panic". But I think it's bonkers to think that Apple is still working on hardware decisions like this in the middle of July."

iPhone 8 has no other confirmed news, but the journalist claims that based on these news, a selling price of at least 1000 dollars, or euros, for the smartphone would be justified. Some analysts have stated that Apple could ask up to 1200 dollars, or euros, for the iPhone 8, so it remains to be seen what decisions will be made in the end for the terminal and how much we will have to pay to enjoy the functions.
