iOS 11 will be released on September 19 for iPhone and iPad, the Apple company intending to offer customers from all over the world the final version of the operating system on the same day, it being able to be installed through the Software Update system.
iOS 11 will still not be available for all Apple iPhone or iPad models, some of the old ones will not be able to install it, but this is perfectly normal for very old products that should be replaced.

iOS 11 will never be able to be installed on the following iDevices because there is no build of it offered by the Apple company, so you will have no way to install it.
