iOS 11 – EXCLUSIVE function for Orange Customers

iOS 11 brings an exclusive function for Orange customers with an iPhone, they can activate options in the subscription and see the consumption of resources in the settings application.

iOS 11 has an exclusive function for Orange customers, users iPhone following the possibility to see information about consumption, the active subscription in the network, but also to activate some options. iOS 11 brings this new function for the first time for Romania, Orange customers who have an iPhone will be able to use it as you can see in the video clip below, its functionality being announced by the operator in this page.

iOS 11 will provide the ability to see through Settings > Cellular, Configurations > Cellular Connection a new option called Date Plans, but also with a translation in Romanian. Accessing this section will automatically display in iOS 11 information regarding the active mobile phone subscription to Orange Romania and maybe even the option you have active in the card you use with the operator.

iOS 11 will also display the possibility to activate some options available for your subscription, these being activated immediately after selecting and confirming the action. You can see from the video clip below that iOS 11 will automatically open an identification page in the My Account section of the Orange website to allow changes to be made, confirmations for activations being automatically sent by the operator.

iOS 11 also has a separate section called Usage, this displaying information regarding the consumption of resources from our subscriptions. Here we are talking about the counter for the data traffic consumed from the subscription limit, iOS 11 also displaying the number of minutes and messages consumed from the allocated ones, these being divided for national and network allocations.

iOS 11 also displays internet traffic, minutes and calls consumed while roaming, so you have quick access to them directly from the phone's settings application. All these details were also available through the My Account application from Orange, but iOS 11 brings them directly to the Configurations, Settings application, and there is a very good and very simple explanation for the function.

iOS 11 exclusive function orange

iOS 11 offers the function exclusively to Orange because the Apple Watch 3 4G will be sold by the operator at some point, and this set of options is mandatory for it. Apple Watch 3 4G will require interconnection with the mobile phone subscription of an iPhone, and iOS 11 will facilitate this thanks to the options that are now available in the section for information on the consumption of mobile resources.

iOS 11 with this exclusive function practically confirms that the Apple Watch 3 4G will also be launched at Orange, but I think we will have to wait until 2018 for that.
