Orange announced today that the My Account section will be transformed in the not-too-distant future into the My Orange section, with a series of substantial changes for all customers. More precisely, the people from Orange announced that based on the transition from My Account to My Orange, the website will have a new interface for customers, together with a new application.
Orange offers us the opportunity to test the new My Orange interface for webs and the dedicated application if we join the beta testers group and you can do this through this page. In the new My Orange section, we will finally have a responsive interface, which will work on mobile phones and computers, something that does not exist for the My Account section.
My Account becomes My Orange with many improvements
Orange promises that in the new My Orange section we will still have consumption graphs, invoice history and information about our phones, as it would normally be. Of course, there is no lack of information regarding possible bonuses that Orange customers can obtain by using the My Orange section, but here it depends on each individual subscription.
Orange currently has a My Account section which is designed for another century, which is difficult to use and which needs a major upgrade, which My Orange will bring. Unfortunately, I don't think that My Orange will make it to the online store interface, which is even worse thought out, offers a terrible experience and needs an upgrade "like air".
Orange does not say when it will officially launch the My Orange section, but if you are curious to test it, then you have the link above that directs you to the page where you can ask to be accepted in the system. You must have an account created in the My Account section to be accepted.
