Last night the Facebook company announced probably the best change implemented during 2017 for Facebook Messenger. More precisely, according to the American company, users now have the possibility to send pictures in 4K format to the friends they talk to every day, so in the end their quality will not be reduced, as before.
Facebook Messenger is one of the largest chat applications on the planet, with over 1.2 billion monthly active users. The change made today is an excellent one that will allow you to share our photos at the standard resolution at which they were recorded by phones, it being well known that until now the resolution was reduced.
By sharing the photos at 4K resolution via Facebook Messenger, the people who receive them will have the opportunity to see what we photographed at the quality at which we did it. The even better part is that this change will not affect the speed with which the photos are shared, those from Facebook stating that everything will be done as quickly as in the case of the old photos.

Facebook Messenger has 17 billion photos shared monthly within the network by the users who use it, and now everything will be done at the native resolution of the photos. Of course, to benefit from this change you will need to have the latest version of the application for iPhone and Android, so you will not see it without it.
The bad part is that at the moment the Facebook company has only implemented change in the USA, Canada, France, Australia, Great Britain, Singapore and South Korea. If you are in these countries and share photos via Facebook Messenger, then they will be sent in 4K resolution, but otherwise they will be sent in HD resolution, bad.
