HomePod is announced by American analysts as being prepared for launch in the next period by the Apple company.

HomePod is the new smart speaker that the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it is currently in the full development process with a view to launching it on global markets, this having already been postponed once. At the end of last year, the Apple company announced the postponement of the HomePod launch, but did not offer an explanation for the reasons behind this postponement, but it should take place in the next month and a half.

According to some information received today from American analysts, the HomePod speaker should be launched in the next 4-6 weeks for customers, but also that it will have difficulties after the global launch. Those from Apple will have a rather fierce fight with the competitors on the smart speakers market, so the product itself must be extremely good to be able to attract the interest of customers.

Apple will have serious competition from Amazon and Google on this market, smart speakers being the gadgets for which the biggest increase in sales is estimated during 2018. Amazon is currently the "queen" of the smart speaker market globally , but analysts believe that Apple can win the first position, but with massive investments in the promotion of its new product.

Smart speakers are not as popular as other types of products, not even like wearables, so HomePod enters a growing market, but for now much smaller than others. HomePod has the potential to become a new product that generates billions of dollars annually in revenue for the Apple company, but first it must reach the market, the postponement of the launch already generating losses for Americans.
