Because the world does not have enough studies regarding smartphone- those from Device Atlas thought of making another one to show us which are the most preferred screen diagonals in various countries. We start with smartphones whose screens have a diagonal of 5.7 inches, the study relevant to the fact that Malaysia is the country where they are most sought after by customers.
Quite far behind we find Egypt, Russia, and at a new distance, somewhat smaller, we find the USA, Nigeria, and Australia, Sweden, and Canada following them, and Great Britain and Italy close the top. Moving on to smartphones that have a diagonal of 5.5 inches, we find India at the top, with Malaysia at a very short distance behind, the same being true for Nigeria.
Egypt and the USA are very close behind them, while Australia, Japan and Sweden are not very far, while Argentina and Spain close this very interesting top. We end with smartphones that have 4-inch screens, they being very popular in South Africa, Canada, or Great Britain, the USA, Sweden and Germany, with fewer and fewer customers interested in them.
The study reveals without a doubt the fact that smartphones with large screens have conquered consumers without any right of appeal and that the interest of manufacturers in them is fully justified. Before concluding, I will tell you that the resolution most used globally for smartphones is 1280 x 720 pixels, with 1920 x 1080 pixels not far behind.
