The Samsung Galaxy S9 will have a new camera with variable aperture of f/1.5 and f/2.4, while the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus will have a dual vertical camera, but only one of the image sensors will benefit from variable aperture. The other image sensor in the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus camera will have an aperture with a fixed value, it will be used for pictures with a bokeh effect, as is the case with the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
