Telekom, one of the largest mobile phone operators in Romania, has very big problems in many areas of the country, including Bucharest, at the moment. The problems started more than an hour ago and it seems that many of Telekom's customers cannot make or receive phone calls, internet and SMS messaging services are also affected.
Telekom confirmed through its own Facebook page that there are serious problems in the network and that they are currently being investigated or resolved. Telekom currently has over 4 million mobile service customers throughout the country, but it is not known for sure how many of them are affected by network problems at the moment.
Telekom - the network is down for many customers
Telekom has not had problems of this kind for a very long time, and considering that there are no details regarding their cause, no one knows for sure what is happening at this moment. Telekom has not announced the localities where the mobile phone network is affected by these technical problems, so we can assume that anyone can experience them.

Telekom still remains a very strong company, with revenues of approximately 1 billion euros during 2018, with investments in the network expected to continue in the future.
