Huawei P20 Pro: LOW performance compared to Galaxy S9 and iPhone X

Huawei P20 Pro appears in a first performance test and has the power compared to that of Samsung Galaxy S9 and iPhone X, the result being disappointing for many.

Huawei P20 Pro SMALL Performance Galaxy S9 iPhone X

Huawei P20 Pro it appears today in a first supposed performance test that suggests the fact that its performance is going to be below yours Samsung Galaxy S9 si iPhone X, unfortunately for many fans. The Huawei P20 Pro is identified based on the product code that you can see in the image below, and the performances are identical to those that the Huawei Mate 10 Pro offers to users, being lower than those of the competitors.

The Huawei P20 Pro will basically have the same Kirin 970 chip that the Huawei company implemented in the Mate 10 series, and the Huawei P20's performance will be identical to that of the "child" or higher. It is not known at what frequency the 8 cores of the Kirin 970 chip in the Huawei P20 Pro will be clocked, but the phone will have 6 GB of integrated RAM, so it could surpass the Samsung Galaxy S9 and iPhone X in multitasking , but that's about it.

Huawei P20 Pro performance

The Huawei P20 Pro is going to be the top of the range of the Huawei company this spring, but unfortunately it seems that it will not be able to surpass in performance a phone that is over 5 months old, at this moment. The Huawei P20 Pro will also be more expensive than the iPhone 8, which will also have much better performance, but the good part is that it will be cheaper than the iPhone X, although not than the Samsung Galaxy S9.

Huawei P20 Pro is scheduled to be presented by the Huawei company on March 27, on the same day Apple has a conference scheduled to present new products, so the world will forget about the Chinese ones. Huawei P20 Pro will go on sale, most likely, in April at prices that will be around 900 euros in Europe.

  1. Some clarifications:
1 the benchmark tests are somewhat irrelevant, in recent years the hardware has been evolving much faster than the software (in the 2 years you have a phone there is no noticeable difference between the old and the new generation)
2: a grand midrange for 350-500 euros is 15% weaker in terms of camera, let's say (as here you can actually feel the differences in general) compared to a top of the range be it iphone, samsung, sony, etc. of 900+ euros
3: where is the logic to pay 1000 euros for a phone that you use for a maximum of 2 years? When can you have an almost similar user experience with a 500 euro phone? Does no one realize anymore that money is obtained with time lost from everyone's life (job etc.)?
4: have all the producers really gone crazy? What the hell is with these prices for a generally banal consumer product?
5: come on "fanboys" throw mud now. Have a nice day

  2. You are right ! many apple owners make great sacrifices for a phone built from components from several companies, that is, they have figures on their empty stomachs!
