The Apple company announced that in iPad 2018 it implemented an A10 Fusion chip, not A10X, but only the A10, which it uses in phones iPhone 7 since 2018.
iPad 2018 with this A10 Fusion chip has the performance of an iPhone 7, that is, almost halved compared to iPhone 8 and iPhone X, and worse than that, it has only 2 GB of integrated RAM. iPad 2018 will not perform well, but Apple is not really interested in such a thing, the company only wants the tablet to be cheap enough to be bought by students.
