Vodafone: How to Get FREE Temporary Credit on the Card

Vodafone has announced for customers a new service that offers them the opportunity to benefit from free temporary credit for reactivating card options.

Vodafone FREE Temporary Credit Card

Vodafone has now launched a very interesting offer for prepaid card customers in Romania, allowing phone users not to lose the monthly option if they do not have credit for reactivation. We are talking about a service called Advance offer, those from Vodafone allowing customers to continue to activate an offer available in the prepaid card even if they have no credit, after recharging the credit is automatically taken from the card.

Vodafone offers a grace period of one week to customers to recharge their own cards with the necessary credit for the option to be reactivated, so users do not lose it if they do not have the necessary credit. Vodafone asks customers to send an SMS to the phone number 366 with the text DA to activate the option Advance offer, so it is not offered automatically, but must be activated by the customer when he needs more time to recharge.

Vodafone - how to get FREE temporary credit on your card

Vodafone offers this new option only for prepaid cards that have activated options of at least 6 euros, so if you have a smaller option you will not be able to use this new system. Vodafone also requires that the offer for which this 7-day payment grace period is requested has already been activated for at least 2 consecutive months, otherwise the customer will not be able to use the system and will lose the option.

"Offer in advance" service is available for your number after you have had at least two consecutive renewals of the offer on your account. Once confirmation is received, the offer will automatically renew even if you don't have enough credit, by providing an advance credit that reactivates the existing offer on your account."

Vodafone also explains how it compensates the credit difference between the existing one and the one required for the offer to remain active, but the service itself is offered free of charge for users, only the compensated amount withdrawing after the 7 days of grace. Vodafone has this service available starting today, but Orange has something similar for subscription bills, so the idea itself is not completely new, but it is certainly welcome.
