Apple Watch Saved the Life of a New York Man

Apple Watch Saves New York Man's Life

Apple Watch came to the center of attention again after the US press claims that a man's life was recently saved by the magical product of the Apple company. We are talking about a man from New York, he became dizzy while he was at work, and when he went to the bathroom to wet his face with water, he noticed that blood was starting to flow from his mouth.

At the same moment, the Apple Watch displayed a notification telling him that he might need medical assistance, and taking into account the fact that he was bleeding profusely from his mouth, and not only that, he decided to go to the hospital. The man was working with his mother, who took him to the hospital, but in the 30 minutes he got there, he lost 80% of the amount of blood he had in his body.

The severe bleeding was due to an ulcer that the man had, and at the time of hospitalization he was operated on urgently and needed a massive blood transfusion to be kept alive. Basically, the man was on the verge of dying when he started bleeding massively from the mouth, and not only that, but at the same time he was also notified by the Apple Watch that he needed medical attention.

""I was seizing in the car and bleeding all over the place, from my mouth, my rectum," Monzidelis said, recounting his harrowing experience. During the half-an-hour drive to the hospital in which he was coming in and out of consciousness, Monzidelis ended up losing nearly 80 percent of his blood. I lost so much blood that I needed a transfusion for the anesthesia to travel to my brain and put me out for the surgery. Doctors believe that if he hadn't received his smart watch's notification when he did, he would not have survived his medical emergency because he wouldn't have paid attention to his symptoms, especially since he was a healthy individual up to that point."

The doctors say that if the Apple Watch had not shown him the alert to ask for medical assistance, the man would have died, most likely, due to massive bleeding. This is the second case in which an Apple Watch saves a person's life, in the previous one an 18-year-old girl is still alive thanks to Apple's smart watch.

  1. This is the world of the Serbian type. A device needs to tell you when you need to go to the doctor, when you need to eat and drink, right? ?
Me, without a device, if I had excessive bleeding, I would know to go to the doctor.

  2. Besides, I think it's fake news. How did the Apple Watch know he was bleeding? Likewise, the amount of blood removed and many other factors matter. But what does the Serbian sheep know?

  3. He knew probably because of the accelerated pulse due to the loss of a significant amount of blood (the heart pumps faster to irrigate all the organs). But I agree that you should be very careful not to go to the hospital or at least to a doctor in such cases.

  4. ? if he didn't start the clock, he would watch him bleed to death... aren't you laughing that the Americans are really that stupid...?

  5. What wonderful news??. The clock told him to put on a tampon……to stop the bleeding. And that's exactly what happened, saving his life.
