WhatsApp is going through a new scandal these days due to the fact that the function that allowed to block certain contacts does not actually do this, the blocked contacts can still send messages to people. However, WhatsApp continues to work on new features for the applications iPhone si Android, so today I'm talking about two of them, one for the multimedia content available in the application, and the other for the contacts we already have.
First of all, WhatsApp has integrated a new function that allows you to control how the photos and videos received and downloaded through the application are visible in the photo gallery, or in other photo and video applications. For now, WhatsApp allows Android users to limit the applications in which the pictures and video clips downloaded through the application are visible, so that they could be kept only within it, as a security measure for what I received.

WhatsApp also has another function discovered for the time being only for Android phones, this one allows the easier addition of contacts in our address book, the function being available in iOS in a slightly different form. You can see from the image below how the WhatsApp company has thought about the new function for Android phones for the time being, simplifying the addition of contacts by users, but of course it may be modified until the final version is released.
WhatsApp constantly implements new functions, and they are generally initially discovered in beta applications for Android before being implemented by the company in applications for iPhone or Windows Phone.
