iOS 12 brings for iPad tablets the gestures that the Apple company implemented in iPhone X last year, and that's because they will be needed starting in the fall. Apple intends to launch new iPad Pro models that no longer have a Home button, but come with Face ID and a screen that covers the entire front panel, so gestures will be necessary for interaction.
iOS 12 will completely change the way of interacting with iPad tablets this fall, and those from Apple want to give users the opportunity to get used to the gestures.
