Windows 10 has in the latest beta version of the operating system a very important change for users who use the Notepad application to write simple documents or edit others. Notedpad is one of the most important applications of the Windows 10 operating system, and starting with the October 2018 Update, it will receive a series of new functions that many people have been waiting for for some time from Microsoft.
Windows 10 will finally remember the values entered by users in the checked boxes when editing a previous document, and if we close the application and reopen it, then they will be automatically entered. More than that, the Notedpad application in Windows 10 will allow searching for words inside documents and the automatic completion of words or phrases in a manner similar to that offered by the Microsoft Word suite.

"We've made significant improvements to the find/replace experience in Notepad. We added the option to do wrap-around find/replace to the find dialog and Notepad will now remember previously entered values and the state of checkboxes and automatically populate them the next time you open the find dialog. Additionally, when you have text selected and open the find dialog we will automatically populate the search field with the selected text."
Windows 10 offers all these changes for users because Microsoft finally understood that it has to offer some changes for applications that have not had any useful changes for many, many years. Windows 10 will also bring important changes for other applications, plus a variety of other changes, improving the general performance of computers, plus who knows what other useful news Microsoft has prepared.
Windows 10 will have all these new features implemented in the October 2018 Update, which, as the name suggests, rolled out in October.
