MacBook Pro 2018: MAJOR PROBLEM Discovered

MacBook Pro 2018 has a very serious problem discovered shortly after its release on the market, the Apple company seems to have made a major mistake.

MacBook Pro 2018 was launched last week by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, the Americans taking everyone by surprise with the substantial update offered for the laptop series. The Apple company implemented Intel i7 and i9 processors in the MacBook Pro 2018, and a YouTuber discovered that there is not enough cooling for the latter.

MacBook Pro 2018 would seriously overheat when these Intel i9 processors are used at maximum frequency, reaching almost 100 degrees, at which time the working frequency is reduced. Theoretically, Intel i9 processors can offer speeds of up to 4.8 GHz through Turbo Boost, but overheating during use would reduce their working frequencies even below the standard 2.8 GHz.

MacBook Pro 2018: MAJOR PROBLEM Discovered

MacBook Pro 2018, in its natural state, is slower than the model launched in 2017 by Apple, which has an Intel i7 processor, inferior to the i9. Overheating is to blame for this, but when the new MacBook Pro 2018 is cooled well enough, its performance increases by over 30%, being clearly superior to the top models launched in 2017 by Apple.

"This kind of thermal throttling really affects the end user. It doesn't matter what you're using it for, like if you're a Final Cut user, or an Adobe Premiere user, or if you're using it for software development or calculations like fluid dynamics — it doesn't matter what you're doing with your device. If you have any kind of extended computational work that uses the CPU — that's probably why you're looking at these devices in the first place — it's going to throttle. And that's unacceptable to me."

The MacBook Pro 2018 suffers from a severe performance limitation due to overheating, but this occurs only in the case of prolonged use of the processors at maximum power. An ordinary user will not feel this problem in the top models of MacBook Pro 2018, but those who use it for video editing, or other complex tasks, will feel it immediately.
