Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9: NEW PROBLEMS Reported by Customers

Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9 has new problems reported by customers who decided to buy the new smartphone models, here's how serious they are.

Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9 Bluetooth problems

Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9 has new problems reported by customers who bought mobile phones from the Samsung company, and the worst part is that we are not talking about anything new for this series. More precisely, more and more users of Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9 phones are reporting problems with the Bluetooth functionality, something that was also encountered with the Note 8 series, launched last summer by Koreans on the market.

Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9 has problems connecting Bluetooth accessories to the phone, or connecting the phone to a car audio system, something that I also saw it on the iPhone XS last week. Basically, we see that these premium phones are not well thought out enough to not have problems with Bluetooth technology and connecting accessories for use, including in the case of the Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9, which has a different software than the iPhone.

Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9: NEW PROBLEMS Reported by Customers

Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9 was expected by many customers for the launch without such problems with the interconnection via Bluetooth with various accessories, but it was expected that it would not be perfect. The same can be said about iPhone phones, which almost every time they were released had problems of this kind, the same thing being complained by Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9 customers, who had Note 8 last year, and went through the same situation.

"Back then, the complainants were suggested to upgrade their to-be paired devices to match up to Note 8's newest Bluetooth 5.0 technology. Cut to now, we are in the last quarter of this year, and the Note line up has leveled up to Galaxy Note 9. But Bluetooth issues just refuse to budge. ...While the majority of them delineate pairing their phone to their car's head unit over Bluetooth a hit and miss, some struggle while pairing with smartwatches, headphones and other Bluetooth devices as well."

The Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9 is a good phone, from other points of view, but for now we do not know if it is a success, or if it has similar sales to those recorded by the Samsung GALAXY S9 series. Despite this, the Samsung GALAXY NOTE 9 has now there is a lot of pressure from the launch of new smartphone models from Google, or those from Huawei, with Apple also planning to bring the iPhone XR to the market next week.
