Android 9. Users waiting for the release of this new operating system on several phone models from the Samsung company today have extremely good news for the year 2019. More precisely, the people from Samsung have decided to update the list of phones for which they are going to release Android 9 in the next period, and this some time after they released the update for the Samsung GALAXY Note 9, S9, and S9 Plus phones, offering beta versions for other models.
Android 9. Although it was expected that the Samsung GALAXY S8, S8 Plus, and Note 8 would have the official updates available in March or April, it seems that they will have the updates offered until the end of next month. Samsung's change of heart about offering Android 9 to customers is amazing, and it means that more people will be able to enjoy all the news much sooner than they thought, which is really impressive.

Android 9. At the moment, it would seem that all of Samsung's phone models have the update seriously advanced for release to users, some even 2 months ahead of the initial estimate. Among them are not counted the M10 and M20 phones, which are going to have the Android 9 update available sometime in August, many months after the launch, so the first phones with cutouts, manufactured by Koreans, will arrive on the market with an old version of Android.
There's reason to believe those beta programs are also making solid advancements of their own, based on a newly revised Android Pie OS update schedule. The Galaxy S8 and S8+ are now expected to receive official updates by the end of next month, as is the Note 8. Previously, the Galaxy Note 8 was slated for a February switch from Oreo to Pie, with the S8 and S8+ projected to follow suite in March. Similar changes have been made for several other devices, including the Galaxy Tab S4, Galaxy A6, A6+, A7, A8+, A9, J4+, J6, J8, and Galaxy Tab A (2017), all of which should score their next big OS promotion earlier than initially anticipated.

It would not be excluded that the launch will be sent for these Samsung phone models, but everything depends on the speed with which the operating system is prepared to be offered to customers. Even though Android 9 updates are now offered for some Samsung phone models, they can only be installed by customers in certain countries around the world, with availability slowly being extended to cover other people as well.
