WhatsApp. At the beginning of this year, I told you about a very serious problem on iOS and Android that existed since December, and had not been solved by the company, and now I bring to your attention the fact that it still exists. I told you then that you have a lot of users messaging platform WhatsApp started complaining about the fact that their conversations disappear from the conversation history, all without any explanation, and without them ever coming back, alone.
WhatsApp. Well, the problem still exists for many users, and unfortunately there is still no clear explanation of what is happening, although the company's engineers have been alerted to its existence. People are advised to send emails to the address support@whatsapp.com to explain to the engineers of the WhatsApp company what happened in their phones, but so far no solution could be found for this serious problem.
WhatsApp has a very serious problem that the company will not solve
WhatsApp. The first problems started to appear after Google started deleting backups older than 1 year from Google Drive, as part of the agreement with Facebook regarding the free storage of conversations. It is unclear if the problem is related in any way to this change or not, and this is because both WhatsApp and those from Facebook have said absolutely nothing about the situation, not even to acknowledge its existence, and to say that they are working on a solution.
I'm receiving similar reports every day..
I hope @WhatsApp will fix it ASAP.
If you are experiencing this issue, please send an email to support@whatsapp.com
It's the only way to help them to fix!! https://t.co/tKZmLLWFu2- WABetaInfo (@WABetaInfo) January 25, 2019
WhatsApp. It is ideal to always have backups made for the conversations you have in the application, so that if they disappear out of the blue, you can recover them using those backups. People who don't have a backup of their conversations can't hope to ever recover them, and that's because if WhatsApp deletes them from its servers, then they can't be recovered in any way by the end user.
WhatsApp. This problem affects users all over the world, so it's not something that manifests itself only in some geographic regions.
