iTunes was until now the only streaming service that had not been hacked to download movies, and the appearance of Aquaman in this way gave rise to many discussions. It would be a first for iTunes to have been hacked, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc., having their streaming systems broken for some time, at least for 4K, otherwise the movies could be recorded for piracy.

"Apple has 4k only on Apple TV running tvOS. I assume they skipped checks, if the device is jailbroken, and someone just dumped the encrypted stream and decrypted it via what's in memory as keys," says our source, who prefers to remain anonymous.
This would mean that the problems are really with tvOS, not with Apple's streaming platform, the Americans are even preparing the launch of another at this moment. If it really turns out that iTunes has been hacked to download movies, then Apple will have serious problems in launching its new video-on-demand streaming service this month.
