Samsung announced today the start of production for the first DDR4X memory modules of 12 GB RAM, which will definitely arrive in the Samsung GALAXY NOTE 10, since the Samsung GALAXY S10 series has 12 GB RAM. Unlike the current RAM memory modules, the DDR4X ones bring better performance, but also a lower energy consumption, so the Samsung GALAXY NOTE 10 should offer customers a much better user experience.

The 4 GB DDR12X memory modules for which the Koreans announced today the start of production will be available to other companies sometime in the summer, so the Samsung GALAXY NOTE 10 should not be the only model with them integrated. It is not yet known what kind of RAM modules are used in the S10 series announced in February, some models also have 12 GB integrated, but it is more than likely not about DDR4X.
